Our Return Policy
Princess Pearl wants you to be 100% pleased with the pearls
that you purchased. We offer you an unconditional 30 day
money back guarantee on all our pearl jewelry.
Return or Exchange
If within 30 days after you order from Princess Pearl, you
decide to return it for a full refund or an exchange, you
must first submit the Return Authorization Form. Once
the form is approved, you will be given via email a
Return Authorization Code. You can then return the
merchandise to the return address listed below. All products
must return with all their original documentation and
packaging. All returns must arrive at Princess Pearl within
30 days from the order date.
Shipping Cost Is Not Refundable
Please note that you are responsible
for the cost of shipping your return or exchange to us.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. A $20 shipping fee will
be applied to all returned orders originally shipped out via
our "free shipping" option. We strongly recommend you
purchase insurance. This protects you should your item be
damaged or lost during shipment to us.
Please write Return Authorization
Code clearly on the outside of your shipping box and on
a sheet of paper placed inside the box. Packages must be
postmarked.
Our
Return Process
Once we
receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund
or new item will be processed in just a few days. Please
note that items showing signs of wear and tear, or
those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other
than Princess Pearl), or damaged in any way cannot be
accepted for return. Returns with no Princess Pearl Return
Authorization Code, and packages that are improperly
packaged will be refused receipt.
