At Princess Pearl, we make pearl jewelry with you in mind. For all our AA to AAA quality pearl necklaces, we will ask you to choose your desired length (often from 14-inch up to 36-inch), clasps, and pearl overtone. For all our AA to AAA quality pearl earrings, you will be able to choose the gold color of earring posts or settings, pearl overtone, and sometimes size of pearls. For our pearl pendants and rings, you will be able to pick your pearl overtone and pearl size.

These choices are listed under the "Available Options" below the "Product Specifications" chart. They are simply drop-down menus for your to pick from. If none of the options suits your personal need, don't worry. You will make every effort we can to make you happy!

Your customized order usually will take 1 business day to complete. It then will be carefully packaged in our signature black velvet or leatherette jewelry boxes and ship to you via FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post. We offer free shipping for orders over $75. For those non-standard customization orders such as orders with materials out of stock, it might take more days for us to complete. We will communicate with you via email at that point, and notify you our completion time for you to approve before processing the order.
